I think there's quite a chance for a 2nd season, because I doubt Saori Hayami would accept a role with just a couple of lines, without any confirmation of bigger screen time for her role on the next season (as Beatrice would be the main antagonist).

I realized it on Beatrice's first line lol, as I love her voice.
So I thought Beatrice would play a major role on the last 2 eps, which wasn't the case, hence I believe it's just a build up for the 2nd season.

This is a kinda awkward place to end the season, TBH. The story keeps building up to bigger conflicts and opened up multiple loose ends, and yet, it ended after the said build-up. NGL, I'm not invested enough in the story to the point that I will continue it in the manga, so, this is the end for me.

Personally, this show is the weakest romance of the season. The most obvious part is the production quality. While it's not that bad, when you look at the other romances that have stellar production, this looks quite bland in comparison.

The character's dynamic is kinda OK-ish. Both Raelina and Noah are not bad characters but there is no memorable element from them either. Their dynamic follows the standard "Ikemen x Shojo Heroine" trope with little to no twist. That makes them quite forgettable.

However, the biggest problem I have is Beatrice. The shows set her up as the main antagonist but we rarely know anything about her. There's no way for me to relate to her character enough for me to care. That's another big reason why I won't continue this story since there's no foreseeable development that I love to see it unfold.

The OP is kinda Okay. NGL, there's not a single song from MindaRyn that has ever stuck with me and this is not an exception. As my countryman (woman), I really wanted to root for her but nothing clicked with me so far.

The ED falls into the same category. It's good but nothing memorable and there are better ED this season.

Overall, it's a 6.75/10 show. Not a bad but not a great one either. Just an average show

It's not the weakest romance in my list. The weakest romance is when there's no development between the two or just one-sided one is making a move while the other dumb af to know like in Kubo-san wa Mob or Rent-A-Girlfriend tho. That one is my weakest list of the season and The Danger in My Heart placed on top, this is just average but still interesting to see the story unfold.

That was Citrus for me. No development for 11 episodes and finely a hint of one on the last. Yet it is stouted as a good yuri.

Yeah, it´s kind of a cliffhanger but I think they kinda try to follow the manhwa because this is where the manhwa´s prologue arc end.
It´s bad for the anime though, cause it doesn´t leave strong enough impression for anime-only fans to get deeply interested and invested in the story.

I guess from an anime-watcher's POV, you could say that, but the manhwa is a masterpiece. I tell you. This was probably the first webtoon I read which got me to the read isekai webtoons. And, nothing has topped this for me. We havent seen the scene where raeliana confesses she was a person from another world. That was a memorable moment.

You are talking in technical terms, but you miss this master piece, i happen to watch other shows unique in their own, but this one purposely did all this to make the audience longs for more. I think your critic is not adequate enough...

I am surprised Raeliana drank alcohol with a random man, I thought in those times that might be unacceptable but I might be mixing up the cultures in my head. Looks like the guy will have a misunderstanding of their relationship once he realizes who she is and who her fiancée is because of what she told him.

Lol I like how Noah's brother realized Noah has feelings for Raeliana, I hope this gets another season just so I can see how he interacts with her.

I laughed so hard from the reactions of the butler and maids upon seeing Raeliana sneeze, that was so dramatic.

I kind of wish Raeliana was a bit more affectionate with Noah as she was drunk, like I kind of wanted her to take advantage of being carried by him. But seeing Noah instead trying to help her cure her cold was an interesting surprise, I wish the kiss took place with both sober and fully conscious though. Noah must feel hurt though, he cured her cold but she shows no care for his cold lol.

It sucks there isn't another season announcement, I really enjoyed this one. The characters and interactions were great and I hope we see an eventual sequel down the line.

Seems like you guys haven't read the manhwa...it's more detailed and intriguing. I love how the story ends and the character development of Noah, Vivian and raeliana of course. You're missing out on the hilarious scenes of raeliana's family and when hilarious and Noah fight over her..those scenes were written very well..Justin is annoying though and his brother is not bad..just childish
